Tracey Lynn (Zook) White

Tracey Lynn (Zook) White, age 41, passed away peacefully and into the welcoming arms of her heavenly Father on Wednesday morning, January 12, 2022 at her home in Morgantown.

She was born April 20, 1980, in Martinsville to her parents: Kenny and Peggy (Hammer) Zook. She attended Indian Creek High School and later married the love of her life, Chad E. White on January 10, 2003 in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. He survives after 19 loving years of marriage.

Tracey was a member of the General Assembly and Church of the Firstborn in Martinsville. She was a loving, wife and mother to her children.  In her free time, she enjoyed singing, baking and crocheting hats for children. Tracey was a talented artist and loved to draw and painted several murals. She also spent her free time teaching gymnastics and dance (tap, jazz and ballet) to students of all ages. She will be remembered most for her love of family and her unyielding faith in God.

Tracey will be missed by her husband, Chad E. White, mother, Peggy Zook both of Morgantown, children: Bailie (Gavin) Vehling of Martinsville, Shelby White of Indianapolis, and Ian White of Morgantown; brother: Kenneth “Bo” (Jennifer) Zook of North Vernon and Curtis (Lynn) Zook of Martinsville.

She was preceded in death by her father, Kenny Zook.

Bro. Stan White will conduct a funeral service at 3 p.m. on Sunday, January 16th at Meredith-Clark Funeral Home Cremation & Personalization Center, 179 E. Mulberry Street in Morgantown. Friends may call from 1- 3 p.m. until service time at the funeral home. Inurnment will be held at a later date at East Hill Cemetery in Morgantown.
