Paul D. Fowler Sr., age 64, passed away all too soon on Tuesday afternoon, September 15, 2020 at his home in Brown County.
Paul was born October 24, 1955, in Brown County to his parents, the late Thomas H. and Virgie (Collins) Fowler Sr. Paul was a retired from his family’s business: Fowler’s Construction Company, where he worked as a contractor.
Paul enjoyed playing his guitar and singing with family and friends, tending to his vegetable garden and racing go-carts. He will be remembered for his love of family & friends and for always being a hard worker.
Paul is survived by his children: Billie Jo Fowler, Stacy Fowler, Paula Fowler and Paul Fowler Jr., all of Minnesota; siblings: Allen (Judy) Fowler, Leon Fowler, Mary (Ron) Goodnight, Virginia (Gordon) Arnold, Ruby Hartman and Maxine Branton; 10 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parent, and siblings: Elesmalee “Lee” Fowler, Thomas Fowler Jr., Robert Fowler and Orville Fowler; and a great granddaughter, Ava Skalsky.
A Celebration of Paul’s Life will start at noon on Saturday at Fowladega Raceway, 1255 Hornettown Road in Brown County. Services have been entrusted to Meredith-Clark Funeral Home Cremation & Personalization Center in Morgantown.
