Obituary
Michael T. Snawder, age 49 passed away all too soon on Sunday afternoon, January 9, 2022 at his home in Morgantown.
Michael was born February 12, 1972 in Louisville, Kentucky. He worked as a Dump Truck Driver for Central Trucking Incorporated in Edinburgh.
Michael enjoyed playing his guitar and singing. He also enjoyed playing video games and caring for his dog, Bailey. Michael loved the outdoors by riding four wheelers, fishing and hunting.
He is survived by his son, Robert Spurgeon of Morgantown; mother, Shirley Snawder of New Albany; siblings, Kena Young of New Albany, Jay Snawder of North Vernon, Joseph Snawder Jr. and Aero Snawder, both of Louisville, Kentucky; several nieces & nephews; and great nieces and nephews.
Michael was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Snawder Sr.
In keeping with Michael’s wishes, he will be cremated. A gathering of friends and family to celebrate Michael’s life will be held at a later date. Cremation services have been entrusted to Meredith-Clark Funeral Home Cremation & Personalization Center in Morgantown.
