Linda D. (Knoff) Kennett

Linda D. (Knoff) Kennett, age 74 passed away Tuesday evening, October 5, 2021 at her home in Brookfield, Ohio.

Linda was born January 6, 1947, in Piqua, Ohio, to her parents, the late Art and Opal Knoff.  She was a 1965 graduated from Piqua High School. Linda retired from Kroger after 15 years as a Produce Manager. After retirement, she went on to work as an Account Executive for 10 years with AT&T.

Linda was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend to many. She enjoyed gardening and loved to cook. Around the holidays, Linda would bake Christmas cookies for her friends, family and neighbors.

She will be missed by her husband of 40 years, Rick A. Kennett, whom she married on August 24, 1981. She is also survived by her children: Angela (Steve) Straight, Heather (Calvin) Lester and Brian Asbury, siblings: Brenda Rhodes, Charles Knoff and Jim Knoff and 5 grandchildren.

The Rev. Matt Satter will conduct a graveside service at 1 p.m. on Friday, October 8th at Mt. Zion Cemetery: 6961 East Mahalasville Road in Morgantown. Friends may call from 12:30 p.m. until time of the service at the cemetery. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Meredith-Clark Funeral Home in Morgantown.
