Kelly Owens

Kelly (Oursler) Owens, age 49 passed away all too soon on Wednesday, August 1, 2018 at her home in Mooresville.

She was born February 6, 1969, in Shelbyville to Steven and June Carolyn (Burleson) Oursler. Kelly was a 1987 graduate of Ben Davis High School in Indianapolis and went on to further education with a focus in health and science studies. She enjoyed spending time with her family, taking care of the family pets and traveling whenever she could. She will be remembered most for her selfless nature and for always putting her family first.

Kelly will be dearly missed by her children Michael (fiancé Ashley Behling) Oursler, Michaela Zentz and Mario Zentz, mother: Carolyn Oursler, grandchild Maddison Oursler and brother Steven Oursler Jr.

She was preceded in death by her father Steven and brother Christopher Oursler.

In keeping with her wishes, Kelly will be cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date. Services have been entrusted to Meredith-Clark Funeral Home Cremation & Personalization Center in Morgantown.
