Jenny Lee Lozado

Jenny Lee Lozado, age 32, passed away all too soon on Monday morning, December 6, 2021 at Eskenazi Health in Indianapolis.  She was a resident of Indianapolis and a former resident of Martinsville.

Jenny was born October 19, 1989 in Indianapolis and attended Mooresville High School. Jenny worked as a Cook at Heavy’s Sports Café in Camby. Prior to that, she worked as a Waitress at Las Chalupas Mexican Restaurant in Morgantown.                     

Jenny will be remembered for her love of singing and singing loud. She will also be remembered by her family and friends as a hard worker and for her love of her family, especially her son, Jake.

Jenny is survived by her son, Brandon ‘Jake’ Woods of Avon; mother, Christina Hansel of Danville; siblings, Edmond ‘Eddie’ Lozado of Indianapolis, Jeffrey (Jennifer) Hansel of Avon and Zachary (Jessica) Hansel of Stilesville; maternal grandmother, Gay Lynn of Martinsville; paternal grandmother, Gael Detzel of Florida; and a nephew, several nieces and many cousins.

She was preceded in death by her father, Edmond L. Lozado; and a maternal grandfather, Lowell Lynn.

The Rev. Marc Dodrill will conduct a funeral service on Monday at 7 p.m. at the Calvary Bible Wesleyan Church, 168 Lawndale Drive in Plainfield. Friends and family may call from 5 p.m. until service time on Monday at the Church. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Meredith-Clark Funeral Home Cremation & Personalization Center in Morgantown.
