David M. Hamilton, age 33, passed away all too soon on Thursday evening, December 24, 2020 at IU Health – Bloomington Hospital. He was a resident of Bloomington.
David was born July 23, 1987 in Martinsville. He was a 2006 graduate of Indian Creek High School and formerly worked at NTN Driveshaft in Columbus. David’s true passion was music. He will be remembered as a great musician who had the talent to play several instruments without lessons and could also play several songs by ear. David loved all types of music, but was often called ‘Metalhead’ for his love of heavy metal rock and roll.
David loved his family dearly. He is survived by his wife, Nancy D. White, whom he married on September 23, 2020 in Bloomington; and his daughter, Danielle Rose Hamilton; brothers, Steven (Becky) Rose of Morgantown and Willie (Leanna Myers) Rose of Lafayette; and several nieces and nephews.
David was preceded in death by his mother, Cynthia ‘Cindy’ (Pitcher) Rose and his stepfather, Danny Hughes.
A celebration of life service will be held on January 9, 2020 at Hoosier Harvest Church in Martinsville from 1 to 5 p.m. Services have been entrusted to Meredith-Clark Funeral Home Cremation & Personalization Center in Morgantown.
