Larry Dale Branham

Larry Dale Branham, age 75, passed away peacefully on October 13, 2019 at the Morgantown Health Care Inn with his family by his side. He was a lifelong resident of Morgantown.

Larry was born January 23, 1944, in Indianapolis to his parents the late Morris and Maude (Abney) Branham.  He later married Judith 'Judy' Nichols on April 28, 1968 in Indianapolis.  She preceded him in death on May 19, 2015 after 47 loving years of marriage.

Larry enjoyed fishing, hunting for crawdads and fish bait.  He loved going to church, reading his bible, listening to gospel music and country radio as well as spending time in the outdoors. Most of all, Larry enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

He will be missed by his  children: Andrea (Chris) Trott of Martinsville, and Teresa (Rick) Peavler of Indianapolis, grandchildren: Bill (Krystal) Cooper of Morgantown, Brad (fiancé Marie Amador) Cooper of Trafalgar, Chad Cooper of Martinsville, Tony (Maddie) Sizemore of Noblesville, Tasha (Clint) Belt, Heaven Peavler and Landon Peavler  of all of Indianapolis, several great grandchildren. and brother Aaron (JoAnn) Branham of Whiteland.

Larry was preceded in death by his parents and siblings, Helen Ferrill, Joe, Ronnie, Paul, Boyd, Harold, Morris “Jr”, Robert “Bobby” and James “Jim” Branham

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, October 16th at Meredith-Clark Funeral Home Cremation & Personalization Center, 179 E. Mulberry Street in Morgantown. Friends may call from 10 a.m. until service time at the funeral home. Burial will be at East Hill Cemetery in Morgantown.
