Jeffrey B. McCammack

Jeffrey B. ‘Jeff’ McCammack, age 60 passed away Saturday morning, January 11, 2020 at his home in Martinsville.

Jeff was born July 3, 1959 in Indianapolis. He was a 1977 graduate of Mooresville High School and has been the owner and operator of McCammack Tile Inc. for the last 25 years.                

Jeff was a member of and a former board member of The National Tile Contractor Association. During his career, Jeff was one of eighteen contractors awarded The National Tile Contractor Association Five Star Award for his proven track record in excellence for his trade.

Jeff enjoyed playing golf, traveling and spending time with family, especially his grandchildren. He was an avid sports fan being a season ticketholder for the Indianapolis Colts, Indiana Pacers and the Indianapolis Indians. Jeff also loved caring for his cat, Lila.

He is survived by his wife of 29 years, Michelle D. (Brumley) McCammack, whom he married on November 17, 1990 in Martinsville. Jeff is also survived by his children, Sean McCammack of Martinsville, Caitlin McCammack of Brown County and Brent (Danielle) Deckard of Morgantown; brother, Mitch McCammack of Indianapolis; and grandchildren, Savannah Deckard, Shane Deckard and Nya McCammack.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Carol (Roller) Farmer and his father, Earl McCammack.   

The Rev. Clyde McCammack will conduct a funeral service at 6 p.m. on Friday at Meredith-Clark Funeral Home Cremation & Personalization Center, 179 E. Mulberry Street in Morgantown. Friends may call from 4 p.m. until service time on Friday at the funeral home. Following the funeral service, friends are invited to The Barn at Timber Ridge, 410 E. Hornettown Road in Brown County for fellowship and a meal.
