I'm so sorry to hear about Walt passing away. The pain seems worse because it's been so long since we've seen each other. I was just thinking about you last week and couldn't find your phone number. When this happened, I was devastated. If I am unable to attend this evening's service due to my health, please know that you are in my heart and prayers. My contact number is 317-535-5661. With all my love, Dena

My deepest sympathy to all the family. Walt was one of my favorite people. I will miss him dearly. The following is a rendition of a poem by Linda Ellis that brought me comfort when my son passed. I read of a man who stood to speak at the funeral of a friend. He referred to the dates on his tombstone from the beginning to the end. But he said what mattered most of all was the dash between those years. For that dash represents all the time that he spent alive on earth And now only those who loved him know what that little line is worth. For it matter not how much we own- the cars, the house, the cash. What matters most is how we live and love, and how we spend our dash. Rest peacefully, Walt---love you!!
