Marjorie L. (Fleener) Fleener age 83 passed away Wednesday
morning, May 11, 2011 at Regency Place in Greenfield. She was a
resident of Indianapolis and former resident of Brown County.
Marjorie was born October 30, 1927 in Travelac to the late George
R. & Anna E. (Campbell) Fleener. She married Guy L Fleener Jr.
on May 2, 1948 in Brown County. He preceded her in death on March
28, 2005.
Survivors include one son: Norman A. (wife, Sallie) Fleener of
Golden, MO; one daughter: Linda C. (husband, Paul) Kidwell of New
Palestine; one granddaughter: Barbara Lynn (husband, Rob) Souchon
of Greenwood; three step grandchildren: Robert Kidwell, Jennifer
Heck & Amanda Kent, two great grandchildren: Robbie & Sarah
Souchon, five step great grandchildren and one step great-great
granddaughter. Marjorie will be remembered by her four sisters:
Alice Parmerlee of Morgantown, Wilma Edwards of Ukiah, CA, Carol
McCraken of Atascadero, CA and Virginia Moore of Trafalgar.
She was preceded in death by an infant brother.
Marjorie was a 1946 graduate of Helmsburg High School and retired
in 1987 from the Police and Fireman's Insurance Association in
Carmel. She was a member of the Southport Heights Christian Church
since 1967 and while wintering in Florida, Marjorie and her husband
attended the Southside Christian Church in Fort Pierce, FL. She
enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, sewing and being on
the beach. Marjorie read her Bible and lived for her Savior, Jesus
Christ.
The Rev. Carl Coffey will conduct a funeral service at 10:30 am
Saturday at Meredith - Clark Funeral Home Cremation &
Personalization Center, 179 E. Mulberry Street in Morgantown.
Friends may call from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Burial will be at Bear Creek Cemetery in Brown County.

American Cancer Society, 5635 W. 96th St. Ste. 100, Indianapolis,
IN 46278.
