Iva Jane (Burnam) McTarsney, age 56 passed away June 6, 2010 at
Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. She was a resident of
Morgantown.
Iva was born March 28, 1954, in Cadiz, KY, to the late Felix Wilks
and Mary Ruth (Herdon) Burnan. She is survived by her husband Rocky
A. McTarsney Sr. whom she married in Cadiz, Kentucky.
Other survivors include two sons: Matthew A. McTarsney of Franklin & Rocky
A. McTarsney Jr. of Plainfield; one daughter: Angie G. McTarsney of
Morgantown; three sisters: Edmonia Render, Donna Lynn Payne and
Susie Burnam all of Hopkinsville, KY; two grandchildren: Joseph
& Josh.
Iva was preceded in death by one sister Vivian Burnam.
She was a loving mother and homemaker who enjoyed visiting flea
markets and yard sales. She loved listening to country music and
spending time with her family.
The Rev. Doug Wright will conduct a graveside service 2 pm Thursday
at East Hill Cemetery in Morgantown.
