Dollie Irene (Brock) Moore, age 85 passed away Saturday morning, June 25, 2011 at the Johnson Memorial Hospital in Franklin. She was a resident of Greenwood.

Dollie was born December 30, 1925 in Crab Orchard, KY to the late Sim France and Virgie (Simpson) Brock. She married Noel G. "Pete" Moore in September of 1973. He preceded her in death on June 23,1998.

Dollie is survived by one son: Ernest Edgar (wife, Jo Ann) Jinks of Morgantown; two brothers: Lester Brock and Sim (wife, Bertha) Brock both of Brown County; three sisters: Lottie Collins & Doris Arnold both of Brown County and Beulah Hatfield of Modesto, CA; four grandchildren: Kim Baughman, Tonia Jinks-Byrnes, Tony Jinks & Ernie Jinks; seven great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by one son: Everett Eugene Jinks; two sisters: Jewell & Nellie Jo Brock; brothers: Rufus, Morris, Edgar, Lloyd & Hobert "AG" Brock.

Dollie retired in 1968 as an assembly worker for Link Belt in Indianapolis, after 25 years of service. She attended the Spearsville Holiness Church in Brown County. Dollie loved visiting and playing music with her family. She enjoyed working in her flower gardens, traveling and was a fan of the Indianapolis Colts. She also enjoyed sewing and making clothes for her family.

The Revs. Ed Tharpe & Bill Bray will conduct a funeral service at 10:00 am Wednesday at Meredith - Clark Funeral Home Cremation & Personalization Center, 179 E. Mulberry Street in Morgantown. Friends may call from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. She will be laid to rest at Salem Cemetery in Greenwood.
