Dannie Lee Johnson, age 60 passed away Sunday morning, June 6,
2010 at his residence in Brown County.
He was born November 26, 1949 in Sharkey, Kentucky to the late
Henry Samuel and Mary Jane (Peo) Johnson.
Dannie served during Vietnam War as a Lance Corporal in the Marine
Corps from1968 to 1971.
He retired in 2005 from the Chrysler Corporation, after 30 years of
service on the assembly line at the Indianapolis plant.
Dannie is survived by two daughters: Samantha Taylor and husband
Zachery & Venessa A. Smith and husband Eric both of
Indianapolis; two grandchildren: Anastasia Taylor & Kyla Smith.
He will be remembered by his brothers: Johnny Cordray and Sammy
Johnson; Seven sisters: Lanna Neal, Janet Brown, Sandra Johnson,
Judy Walker, Mary Jane Murray, Pamela Jo Cline & Kathy Lynn
Johnson.
He was preceded in death by one brother: Allen Cordray.
