Charles F. Sullivan, age 76 passed away Thursday morning, May
27, 2010 at Morgantown Health Care-Inn in Morgantown. He was a
resident of Morgantown and former resident of Indianapolis.
Charles was born September 18, 1933 in Indianapolis to the late
Charles A. and Mary V. (Newton) Sullivan.
Survivors include his two sons: Charles P. Sullivan of Oklahoma
City, OK and Michael A. Sullivan of Indianapolis; nine
grandchildren and several great grandchildren; cousin: Tommy
Sullivan of Indianapolis.
He was preceded in death by a sister: Gloria Ellen Sullivan.
Charles graduated and was the valedictorian of the 1941 class of
Cathedral High School in Indianapolis. He went on to serve as an
Airman Second Class with the United States Air Force during the
Korean War.
Charles worked for Ford Motor Company in Indianapolis as a Janitor
for 14 years. Prior to that, he was employed by JC Penny's.
Charles will be laid to rest at Holy Cross Cemetery in
Indianapolis. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to
Meredith-Clark Funeral Home Cremation & Personalization Center
in Morgantown.
