Betty J. (Senour) Davis age 81 passed away Friday morning,
December 10, 2010 at the Morgantown Health Care-Inn in Morgantown.
She was a resident of Liberty, Indiana.
Betty was born January 18, 1929 in Metamora, Indiana to the late
Frank and Geneva (Matthews) Senour. She married Charles G. Davis on
November 1, 1947 in Liberty. Charles preceded her in death on
November 2, 1993 after 46 loving years.
She was a devoted wife and homemaker. Betty is survived by one
daughter: Marilyn D. Lange, and her husband Robert of Morgantown
& one son: Richard "Rick" C. Davis of Liberty. She was grandma
to Robert B. Lange of Fayetteville, NC & Michael D. Lange of
Morgantown. She will be remembered by her sister: Barbara Heinbaugh
of Concord, NC.
Betty was a 1947 graduate of Liberty High School and a life long
member of the Edwards Memorial United Methodist Church in Liberty.
She enjoyed needlepoint, sewing, basket weaving and chair caning.
Betty was a fan of Indiana University Basketball and was an avid
reader.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date. Betty
will be inurned at College Corner Cemetery in West College Corner,
Indiana. Arrangements have been entrusted to Meredith - Clark
Funeral Home Cremation & Personalization Center in
Morgantown.
Memorial contributions can be made in honor of Betty to the Union
